Egyptian Focus program – Hakawy International Arts Festival for Children

The call is open to short and animation films aimed at the family, children and young audiences as part of the Egyptian Focus program at the 12th edition of Hakawy International Arts Festival for Children

Terms of participation:

• You must be an Egyptian or Egypt-based filmmaker.
•  Films submitted must be no longer than 40 minutes, inclusive of credits.
•  Films must be appropriate for children and youth aged 0-18 years old. 
•  Films to be family-oriented, no graphic violence, foul or extreme language or nudity.
•  All films submitted must have been completed after July 2021 
• Premiere status: no premiere status is required, however we give preference to films that have not yet premiered online.
•  Applicants must hold all copyrights of the submitted films.
• Providing an online link for the film. In the case of failure to provide a film preview link, the submission will be considered invalid.
• In submitting your film to Hakawy International Arts Festival for Children , the filmmaker agrees that the film, if selected, may be screened at the festival and be used for publicity and promotional uses by the festival.

Only complete applications will be considered, any incomplete applications will not be evaluated by the selection committee. The selection committee will inform by email all filmmakers submitted, whether or not their film has been selected, at the end of August 2022.

إستمارة تقديم الأفلام

البرنامج المصرى – مهرجان حكاوى الدولى لفنون الطفل

باب التقديم مفتوح للأفلام القصيرة والرسوم المتحركة التي تستهدف الأسرة والأطفال والشباب فى البرنامج المصري كجزء من الدورة الثانية عشرة لـ مهرجان حكاوي الدولي لفنون الأطفال

شروط المشاركة:

يجب أن تكون مخرج/ة مصري/ية أو مقيم/ة في مصر

 يجب ألا تزيد مدة الأفلام المقدمة عن ٤٠ دقيقة

 يجب أن تكون الأفلام مناسبة للأطفال والشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ٠ و ١٨ عامًا.

 أن تكون الأفلام ملائمة للعائلة و لا يوجد بها عنف مصور أو لغة بذيئة أو متطرفة أو عُري.

 يجب أن تكون جميع الأفلام المقدمة قد اكتملت بعد يوليو ٢٠٢١

لا يلزم بتقديم الفيلم فى عرضه الأول ، ولكننا نفضل الأفلام التي لم يتم عرضها على الإنترنت بعد

 يجب على المتقدمين الاحتفاظ بجميع حقوق الملكية للفيلم المقدم.

يجب إرسال رابط للفيلم . في حالة عدم تقديم رابط الفيلم ، سيتم اعتبار الإستمارة غير كاملة

عند تقديم فيلمك لمهرجان حكاوي الدولي لفنون الطفل ، يوافق المخرج على أن الفيلم ، في حالة اختياره ، يمكن عرضه في المهرجان واستخدامه للدعاية والمواد الترويجية للمهرجان.

سيتم النظر في الطلبات الكاملة فقط ، ولن يتم تقييم أي طلبات غير مكتملة من قبل لجنة الاختيار

ستبلغ لجنة الاختيار عبر البريد الإلكتروني جميع  صناع الأفلام المرسل طلباتهم  ، سواء تم اختيار فيلمهم أم لا ، في نهاية سبتمبر ٢٠٢٣
